What cookies do
A cookie lets a site remember something between two pages or two visits: what is in your basket, which language you read in, whether you are already signed in. Some cookies are needed to make the site work; others tell us how the site is used. For the latter we ask your permission, and we do not set them before you give it.
Which ones we use
- Necessary - your basket, your language, your session after signing in, and remembering this cookie choice itself. Without these the shop does not work; they are always on and require no consent.
- Functional - small preferences that make your visit easier: the address you filled in at checkout, which tab you had open, whether you dismissed a notice.
- Analytics - aggregated statistics about which pages are read and where people drop off. We use them to improve the site, not to follow you.
- Marketing - measuring which advertisement or newsletter led to a visit. Off by default.
Necessary and functional cookies are kept for at most twelve months; analytics and marketing cookies for at most thirteen months, as the supervisory authorities recommend.
Third-party services
A few parts of the site run on third-party services, which may set cookies or similar technologies of their own:
- Our webshop and payment environment, for your order and your payment.
- The map at checkout, to show and complete your address.
- Our video player and image delivery, to show media quickly.
- Google Tag Manager, which loads our measurement tools - only after you have accepted analytics or marketing cookies.
- Microsoft Clarity, which shows us how visitors use the site through heatmaps and session recordings - only after you have accepted analytics cookies.
- Klaviyo, our email platform, which remembers the pages you view so our emails can be relevant - only after you have accepted marketing cookies.
These parties may use that data only to perform their service for us.
Changing your choice
You change your choice at the top of this page, whenever you like. On top of that, your browser can refuse or delete all cookies - in its settings, under Privacy. If you refuse the necessary cookies, your basket and the checkout stop working.
Your choice is stored on your own device. Use another browser or another device and you set it again there.
Changes
If we add a service that sets cookies, we update this page and ask for your choice again where it falls into a new category.
