Quick answers

Email support@healthy7.com for orders, subscriptions and returns; we reply as soon as possible. For privacy questions, email privacy@healthy7.com (response within 30 days).
An email with a track-and-trace link is sent once the parcel is registered, showing its location and expected delivery date.
Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, to home addresses or pickup points.
Orders placed before 2pm on working days dispatch the same day; otherwise the next working day. After dispatch: 1–2 working days within Belgium, 2–3 working days to the Netherlands. Busy periods may add a day.
